The packing of glyph cells into an array texture: a fixed ATLAS_COLSxATLAS_ROWS grid of
cell_wxcell_h glyph cells per layer, across layers layers.

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.cell_w: u32Glyph cell width in texels (one unscaled font pixel per texel).
cell_h: u32Glyph cell height in texels.
